Why work with licensed massage therapist Jenny Dipasupil for coaching

Updated: 6 days ago

The long and short of my story of becoming a coach is really simple. Since I was little, I've always wanted to work in a helping profession. I spent my 20s trying on different careers like therapist, teacher, and nurse, not completing the schooling for each (except my original BA in Psychology from The George Washington University), yet feeling compelled to make it work until I couldn't force myself to fit into a box any longer.

I realized I was meant to follow an unconventional, nontraditional route.

When I landed on massage therapist, I didn't know what I was really choosing. I just knew that it felt right and it felt great to be helping people relieve pain and stress.

And somewhere in there, I knew deep down that my touch was going really deep, deep enough to touch someone's soul. I was led even deeper down that rabbit hole by training in CranioSacral Therapy which I continue to practice to this day at Alexandria Myotherapy.

Since pandemic, I've been expanding my coaching skill set by studying somatic therapies, learning nervous system regulation tools, and utilizing them in 1:1 healing and spiritual counseling sessions.

The overarching theme on this journey to becoming a coach, was accepting that I have been and will continue to lead my clients to miracles simply by listening to spirit: your own spirit, my spirit, and the greater spirit.

As one of my favorite spiritual teacher's Caroline Myss says, "FAITH AND TRUST" are vital in discovering your life's purpose. You're here to share your gifts with the world. I'm here to share my gifts with you.

Coaching is an unregulated field and you may have already experienced what that means. You're not guaranteed an amazing coaching experience just because a coach has the training, certification, or credential. This is true with any profession.

It's good to know what coaching actually IS so you can understand what you're asking for when you're shopping around for a coach.

The International Coaching Federation (ICF), the "gold standard" in coaching certification, defines coaching as "partnering clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential."

Here are the top 5 reasons I deliver a great coaching experience:

  1. I'm skilled at creating a safe and nurturing environment that encourages growth and change in order to reach your fullest potential in any area of your life.

  2. I've been supporting clients for 17+ years and intuitively understand what a client needs in order to transform their life.

  3. I use methods and frameworks that are highly effective and efficient in creating life-changing results. I include somatic & nervous system regulation tools that prime you for change.

  4. We'll have fun together! Coaching doesn't have to be a dreaded anxiety-inducing experience. It can be enjoyable AND life-altering at the same time!

  5. My life's mission and purpose is guiding others in fully embodying their authentic dream lives. I'm not here just to sell a coaching program. I'm here to connect with individuals and transform communities.
